Talk about the people who you’ve met in the interview, what you admire about them, & how you could see you all working well together.
🍊The Company
Discuss what you like about the product, what inspires you about the company’s mission, why you’re so excited about the future of the industry, and how you feel that the company is aligned with your values.
🍊The Role
Round it out by saying why this role specifically is one where you feel you can make a big impact.

🚫Benefits
Those are all things that indicate extrinsic motivation, which makes you seem less passionate.
