Candidates must have marketing, sales, time management, and project management skills to increase awareness of key offers, drive nurture and engagement campaigns to warm audiences and facilitate the close during and outside of conversion events.

You would be a great fit if you feel like you “get” the Self Made Millennial brand, love professional development, want to work closely with Madeline, and are dang savvy when it comes to marketing strategy.

You’re the right person if you stay very up to date on new marketing strategies (boy, it’s always changing!), you have social media management experience across several platforms, and are the kind of person who is bursting with ideas on how to level up.

Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Performance tracking of social metrics, paid traffic, sales made, etc. daily (see below)

  • ​Direct nurture and engagement content across all social media platforms in alignment with current offerings

  • ​Copywriting on all platforms - social, website, blog, landing pages, ads

  • ​Organize existing content, and repackage it into a content calendar across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Post and engage at ideal times

  • ​Instagram: Utilize all formats on Instagram to build a cohesive experience

  • YouTube: Utilize community function

  • TikTok: Help with script ideas

  • LinkedIn: Repurpose the content for LinkedIn, also assist with organizing longer form context for the LinkedIn newsletter

  • ​Manage list building objectives (email and text) organically and via paid traffic to meet monthly goals

  • ​Nurture leads on our phone list, and via DM, text, or sales call, close the sale to earn commission

  • ​Weekly email marketing - newsletter, offer emails, etc.

  • ​Create landing pages and funnels to drive company goals and metrics

  • ​Co-manage + organize all launches and other conversion events with CEO

  • ​Direct content for all launches and other conversion events

Compensation:
​This role will be compensated with a split of base and commission & performance metrics, with a target of $70,000+ total compensation (no cap on how much can be earned)
