About the Role
The Client Success Coordinator remote US-based role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about career development, personal growth, and helping people to achieve their goals. Self Made Millennial is a brand with 1 million+ followers across social media and is beloved for rapid fire, bleeding edge career and job search advice. Your job is to serve the clients in the job search group coaching program, and help to bring in new clients.
Candidates must have incredible communication skills, the kind where you are great at coaching others and can draft a thoughtful email quickly. You must also be highly organized, with a knack for project management, and detail oriented.
This role will be a blast if you love to learn, are bursting with ideas, and are a self-starter who can take a project from idea to completion.

Requirements
What You'll Do:
Provide a high-touch coaching experience for our job search clients, including progress tracking, providing resources, and overall encouragement and support.
Onboard new clients and always be iterating to improve the process
Host client calls to ensure clients are getting the support they need
Be highly involved in bringing on new clients, including responding to prospective client DMs, helping with promotional materials, generating referrals, and taking sales calls
Proactively reach out to clients to check progress and get them attending and asking questions in coaching sessions
Daily documentation of client progress & engagement, and coordination of sign ups for coaching calls
Manage all client operations including escalations and manage operations & coordination of client acquisition events
Learn Member Site inside and out
Review 2-3 trainings per day in the Member Site until complete then continue again
Solicit feedback and escalate questions concerns and feedback - always looking for ways to improve the experience and optimize
Build out a referral program plan and yield consistent referrals and introductions to new potential clients from existing ones
Come up with innovative ideas, suggestions and proactive actions to be taken to grow
Correctly assess next steps and yielding testimonials driven by wins achieved in the Program
Manage online communities - write engagement posts, post announcements, respond the clients, alert the team when something needs attention, capture testimonials, celebrate clients
Assist with various promotional tasks - scheduling emails & posts, drafting emails/articles
Must have:
Written and verbal communication skills - To give you an idea of what we mean, this could include: writing/journalism experience, experience leading workshops, public speaking, experience with social media or copywriting
Demonstrated ability to manage own schedule. Highly proactive and able to take initiative.
Career coaching interest - you should either have coaching experience or be a professional development junkie
Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
Ability to see areas of improvement in a system and execute ways to improve it
Ability to work some evening hours. We will work together to create your flexible schedule but you will have to work in the evening since we run a job search program where many of the clients need coaching after work. We also have launches where there will be several weekend evenings about 6 times a year.
