My full time job is Talent Development at Inspire, where I build out learning experiences for employees to meet company objectives. For example, I run the monthly company meeting to ensure the messaging meets our goals. I build the onboarding program to ensure every employee hits the ground running in their role. I build out facilitations to improve skills such as delivering feedback, leadership, and time management. From a learning lense, I am able to instill behaviors and beliefs that make for a healthy company culture.
I believe that any company strategy is not complete without knowing exactly how to motivate, align, and galvanize the organization. In the tech industry, where talent moves quickly and employees are not interchangeable, it becomes essential to be highly intentional about designing a company that fosters employee growth and engagement long term. My methods are based on psychology, design thinking, and constant feedback to ensure an organization is working towards it's optimal state.
